Turn Your Spare Change Into Big Change for Duchenne
Change Duchenne is a fundraising campaign from the Little Hercules Foundation that makes giving simple, automatic, and impactful. By signing up to Round Up through our trusted partner, Harness Giving, your debit or credit card purchases are rounded up to the nearest dollar. That “spare change” is donated directly to support access to Duchenne treatments, care programs, and advocacy efforts.
Example:
Coffee = $3.62 → 38¢ donated
Gas = $44.76 → 24¢ donated
Groceries = $28.41 → 59¢ donated
It’s that easy. Small change adds up to life-changing impact.
Duchenne muscular dystrophy is a rare, fatal genetic disorder that weakens the muscles of children and young men, taking away independence and shortening lives. While there is no cure yet, research and new treatments are giving families more hope than ever before.
Every coin you give through Change Duchenne fuels progress:
Fight for access to treatments.
Family support to improve quality of life.
Advocacy to bring more awareness and resources to the fight.
On your own, a few cents might not feel like much. But together, our community can create real change for Duchenne families.
Imagine 1,000 people each giving just 50¢ a day — that’s over $15,000 a month to change lives.
We know linking your card can feel like a big step. That’s why we’ve partnered with Harness Giving, a secure platform trusted by nonprofits nationwide. Harness uses bank-level encryption, so your information is always protected. You’re in control — set monthly limits, pause, or cancel anytime.
Little Hercules Foundation relies on the generosity of individuals around the world, like you, who believe in our mission and in the power to make a difference in the lives of those diagnosed with — and families fighting against — Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
